A Phoenician King watches over his kingdom.

The Phoenicians were called Phoenicians of the Hellenes because they occupied a certain region of land that the Hellenes called Phoenicia.  The Phoenicians are reputed to be great sailors and the originators of the alphabet.  They had an empire that broke apart when their second king had died, and the empire was far ranging, beyond Massalia at least and into regions no Hellene would dare go by boat as of this day.  The Phoenicians are also monotheistic, and have little patience for witches or wizards.
