The city of Phaeselis is quadsected by the river, the waterfall, and the escarpment that the waterfall falls from. Each quadrant contains certain parts of the city. First of all, the the first section of this guide provides all the information one needs to know about Phaeselis, the city as a whole.

City of the Awakened[]
Founded some fifty years ago, the city is home to almost 30,000 denizens of various races. It's a large urban area that is spread out with large parkways, thanks to the work of the Elves in the city. While it is not the largest or the most important city in the world, it is probably the most interesting one because of the nature of most of it's citizens.
