So, what is going on underneith the city? Sure, the upside is exciting, but what is going on underneith is of greater interest. So, whether it is the catacombs, or Niqmad's labrynthine Undercity, a natural cavern, or the remanants of an ancient, ultratech civilization. Most of the city's inhabitants call such places the Dungeon. Many adventures in Phaeselis takes place below it, in one of the many cavernous areas and areas left over by Civilizations both ancient and forgotten.
